Organization
Restoration House STL serves highly vulnerable young adults ages 18–26 in St. Louis who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, many of whom are aging out of foster care and facing significant barriers to stability. Through The Rock drop-in center, personalized case management via the Dream Builders Initiative, and ID acquisition services, Restoration House provides critical resources, trusted relationships, and a clear path forward for youth navigating independence.
Partnership #1 (2025)
Restoration House STL is expanding its Dream Builders Initiative to provide deeper, more comprehensive support for women rebuilding their lives after incarceration. The program focuses on long-term stability through housing support, workforce development, financial education, and trauma-informed services. The Brown Sisters Foundation awarded a grant to support the growth of this initiative and established a challenge goal to engage new and existing donors in expanding access to services that reduce recidivism and promote lasting independence.
