Reach Reproductive Health

Organization

Since opening its doors in March 2025, this faith-rooted pregnancy resource center provides compassionate, life-affirming reproductive health care and support to women and families across the St. Louis area, stepping into a critical gap following the closure of Thrive. Under the supervision of a Medical Director OBGYN, Registered Nurses offer pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds, STD/STI testing and treatment, and pelvic exams—delivered with dignity, hope, and holistic support.

Partnership #1 (2025)

Reach is expanding the hours of its St. Peters brick-and-mortar location from one day per week to five days per week to serve women who are facing crisis pregnancies, increasingly vulnerable, and often feel they have no viable alternatives. Reach seeks to fill this gap by providing hope-driven, holistic care that meets women where they are and helps them envision a future in which choosing life is possible. The Brown Sisters Foundation awarded a grant to support this expansion and established a challenge-grant goal to leverage additional donor support, ensuring continuity of trusted services and expanded access for women and families in crisis.
