All Nations

Organization

All Nations has served immigrants and refugees in St. Louis since 2018, partnering with local churches to build cross-cultural relationships and engage communities with compassion and faith. In response to growing demand, the organization transitioned from a 1:1 relationship model to a training-hub approach that equips churches to lead effective, culturally informed outreach in their own neighborhoods. All Nations is the only local organization providing pre-engagement and ongoing cross-cultural ministry training to churches, and it actively collaborates with other Christian refugee-serving organizations through the One Voice network.

Partnership #1 (2025)

To support the long-term sustainability of the organization as it transitions from providing direct services to focusing on training, equipping, and mobilizing leaders and organizations, All Nations is seeking to strengthen its fundraising infrastructure by engaging a development consultant. This investment will allow the organization to stabilize revenue, expand donor engagement, and build a more diversified funding base. The Brown Sisters Foundation awarded a grant to support this capacity-building effort and issued a challenge goal to encourage additional philanthropic investment in All Nations’ long-term growth and impact.
